Daniel is a Founder and Managing Director of CoElevate Integrity Group, with more than 13 years of specialised experience in investigations, integrity advisory services, and psychosocial safety. His career began in law enforcement and intelligence, providing a strong foundation for his extensive work in corporate and workplace investigations across high-risk, high-compliance industries including oil and gas, national retail, education and other critical infrastructure.
His work has included the design, implementation, and management of corporate information systems that support a strong reporting culture, as well as the coordination of company-wide awareness training and collaboration with Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Governance and Compliance, and Legal functions.
Daniel has led investigations of varying complexity across Australia and internationally including Asia, Southeast Asia, and the USA. His work spans routine grievances through to high-stakes matters involving bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, financial misconduct (including fraud and money laundering), bribery, corruption, and other serious breaches of organisational conduct and ethics. Many of these investigations have required legal interface, forensic analysis, and risk management. His approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based, ensuring the support of the participants along with the integrity and discretion of the process.
Daniel is a Nationally Accredited Mediator (AMDRAS) and possesses comprehensive expertise in psychosocial safety response and risk management. He partners with organisations to develop respectful and psychologically safe workplace cultures by resolving conflict, addressing misconduct, enhancing reporting mechanisms, conducting education and awareness training, and implementing practical risk mitigation strategies.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a number of formal qualifications in investigative practice, alongside postgraduate studies in leadership, management, and digital forensics. Additionally, Daniel is accredited in Mental Health First Aid and has held high-level security clearances.
Jason Landers is a founder and Managing Director of CoElevate Integrity Group, bringing over 23 years of experience in government, corporate and workplace investigations. His career began in law enforcement before transitioning to private enterprise eventually within the energy sector, where he held leadership roles including Head of Investigations and Whistle-Blower Triage & Management for a large corporate organisation across the Asia-Pacific region.
Jason has led complex, cross-jurisdictional investigations in countries such as India, Japan, China, Mongolia, Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia. He is recognised for his ethically grounded, people-centric approach to resolving sensitive matters including sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination, retaliation, workplace misconduct, bribery, corruption, fraud, and anti-money laundering.
A key area of Jason’s expertise is designing and implementing whistleblower programs, from policy development and complaint triaging to ongoing engagement and management. He has also driven large-scale organisational projects including whistleblower platform transformations and the delivery of investigations and interview training for HR, Legal, ER, and Safety teams.
Jason’s work spans both operational and corporate settings, with a strong focus on communication and engagement at all organisational levels. He is committed to supporting businesses in achieving their cultural and compliance goals through alignment with integrity, ethical leadership, ESG principles, and psychosocial safety.
Jason holds a Master of Business Administration, along with formal qualifications in investigations, investigative interviewing, occupational health and safety, and public safety. He is also deeply committed to professional development and education, with a passion for training others in best-practice investigation methods.
