After years of walking parallel paths in the world of investigations, workplace culture and integrity advisory services, we’ve finally taken the leap to build something of our own.
With six months of planning and preparation, juggling ideas, reviewing, and redefining, we’re proud to launch the CoElevate Integrity Group officially today, the first day of the new financial year in 2025.
Our vision has been years in the making. We’ve both worked across industries and borders, navigating the messy, meaningful, and often uncomfortable work, helping organisations respond when things go wrong, all the while ensuring their people are protected. From high-risk investigations to moments of success through mediation, we’ve seen what happens when people aren’t heard, when processes break down, or when trust erodes.
CoElevate Integrity Group was born from a shared belief that things can be different, that integrity isn’t just about rules and systems, it’s about a collective value. It’s about listening with empathy, leading with courage, and showing up when it matters.
We’ve had the privilege of working alongside some incredible people in some of the most challenging environments, including mine sites, boardrooms, schools, third-world countries, and everywhere in between. And through all of it, we kept circling back to one question: How can we be different from the rest?
Our answer:
CoElevate Integrity isn’t just a business. It’s the kind of consultancy we wished existed when we were internal practitioners, someone who is more of a trusted partner. Even the name (which we know is a mouthful) reflects our belief that we all grow together; it’s a concept we couldn’t ignore.
